yes! we offer complimentary consultations, please call the salon to schedule!

how can i receive a price quote for services i am interested in receiving?

please call the salon at 770-631-1471 to either receive an estimated price range or to schedule a consultation to receive a specific price quote.

should i wash my hair before my color or other chemical service?

yes. we recommend cleansing your hair before receiving a color service. those with sensitive scalps may choose to wash their hair the night before a lightening service.

is it cheaper to receive my haircut in the same appointment as my chemical service?

yes. your haircut includes your blowdry/style service while a chemical service does not have the blowdry/style built into the price.

can i schedule/cancel my appointment through text message, email, or social media messaging?

no. we request that you call the salon to reserve or modify any appointments. bridal can be reserved via email.

how much notice do you require for canceling an appointment?

we request 48 hour notice. if you cancel 3 or more appointments in the same year with less than 48 hour notice, we will require a 50% service deposit to book your next appointment. (some specialty services or service providers require non-refundable service deposits, but if such a charge is required for a service you request, you will be notified before booking.)

what forms of payment do you accept?

all services and retail can be purchased with cash, personal check, or any major credit card. Tips can be paid in the form of cash or personal check only.

how do i prepare for my special occasion services?

we suggest wearing a button-up or loose- fitting shirt that can be easily pulled over the head. wash & blowdry your hair the night before your hair service. you can choose to dry your hair with a round brush but please do not curl or flatiron your hair. freshly wash and moisturize your face the day of your makeup service.

does your location have parking?

yes. we are located in kedron village shopping center with a complimentary self-park parking lot located immediately in-front of the salon.
